Integrated Genetics (formerly Genzyme Genetics) doesn't get test anxiety. The operating division of LabCorp provides diagnostic testing, specifically reproductive tests. Integrated Genetics' labs specialize in prenatal testing for cystic fibrosis carriers and other inheritable diseases. In addition, the division provides prenatal genetic counseling services; it has some 150 genetic counselors and specialists on staff who assess a patient's risks and interpret results for patients and doctors. The unit operates laboratories across the US. LabCorp bought the company from Genzyme in 2010.
